Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern irishsetterbootslife.shop, including browsing, accounts, and product orders. Barn Bluff Work Leather LLC (“we,” “us”) operates the site. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. We may post updates here; continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
Access
You agree that information you submit is accurate. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the catalog without notice and are not liable if the site is unavailable. You are responsible for anyone who uses the site through your connection or account.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. We may close an account that is used to abuse the shop, scrape the catalog, or interfere with other customers.
Orders and pricing
Listing a boot is an invitation to order, not a binding offer until we accept. Prices are in U.S. dollars and match the regular and sale amounts shown on the product page. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, inventory errors, or shipping limits. Title and risk pass when the carrier collects the parcel.
Shipping, returns, and warranty
Delivery windows and rates are described on the Shipping page. Unworn returns follow the Returns page. Defects in workmanship follow the Warranty page. Those pages are part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, harvest other customers’ data, post unlawful content, or impersonate the shop. User comments, if enabled, must be lawful and civil; we may remove them.
Intellectual property
Product photos, copy, and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy the catalog for a competing storefront. The Irish SetterE name as displayed here is our storefront brand.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement for the website itself. Product warranties are only those stated on the Warranty page. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow those limits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict rules. Courts in Goodhue County, Minnesota have venue, except where a consumer-protection statute requires otherwise.
