A straightforward return

We want the pair to work for you. If it does not, return unworn boots in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Online orders

Start a return from Order Status in your account, or email [email protected] with the order number. Return shipping for online orders is free when you use our label. Once the warehouse inspects the pair, the refund posts to the original tender.

Warranty returns

If the issue is a defect rather than a change of mind, follow the Warranty page. Those claims need the original receipt and photos of the failure.
